How do you edit the email that has the bulk customer statements attached?

We have a custom customer statement form that is emailed in bulk as an attachment to an email template, similar to the way bulk invoices are emailed.

While we can edit the email template that accompanies invoices, we can't seem to locate the email template that accompanies emailed statements.

Can you help us locate the statement email template, and can it be edited?
