Admin Cannot update /save, delete, or mark saved search as Inactive
I have a saved search that according to this article I believe I should be able to Edit. A consultant who is no longer active in my instance is the owner.
Account administrators have greater access than other users to saved searches. In addition to their own private searches, administrators can view, edit, make inactive and delete ALL saved searches, including:
- Shared searches, with or without the Allow Audience to Edit option enabled, whether they include the administrator in the audience
- Public searches, with or without the Allow Audience to Edit option enabled
- Private searches owned by users other than the administrator
