Access to Release Preview for users

Hi,

NS has released the Release Preview instance and I removed the access and reassigned the access to every user but they still cannot access it even after they logged out of the system. They don’t see it in the list. Only SB is visible.

Does SSO set up have anything to do with it? not sure, whether we need to add RP to SSO? we didn't do that for Sandbox though.

This is our first upgrade. Hence, the confusion.
