Create a task from an Opportunity

I'm trying to create a task via workflow. When an opportunity is created I would like a task to be created with the opportunity in the related transaction field on the task.

I can get the task to be created and assigned to the correct account, but so far I have been unsuccessful in getting the transaction to populate automatically, I am able to fill it in after the fact.

Below is a screenshot of what I have so far, any help would be greatly appreciated.
