Posting CC payments against PO lines

We utilise credit card payments through RAMP and process the activity through CSV upload at this time. Some of the payments actually pay PO items awaiting receipt and subsequent vendor bills to close the PO. Is there a way to apply the CSV upload to a particular PO line
