Journal creation (insertion/Entry) via API

I hope you all doing well !

Could any one help me if have any idea on how I could make (insert) journals in NetSuite using an API to be used in third party oracle apex application?

Third party (Oracle Apex App) ----> Entry (insertion) API ----> NetSuite
