Opportunity: Exp. Close Date moves from Q1 to another Quarter

Hello there, i'm trying to find a saved search that will show me any Opportunities that had an expected close date within this quarter Q1 at the start of the year, but which have moved into another quarter since, I'm drawing a complete blank in terms of possible solutions within Suite Answers, i only have a saved search that shows a count of changes to this date, and doubt i can modify it, would be grateful for any suggestions, thanks.
