How to upload discount items and shipping methods via csv?

Hi There

I have data that is formatted as below:

I am trying to create a sales order from the csv upload.

The rest of the sales order works fine.

However, I am not sure how I map the shipping method for the sales order?

The above 3 lines are an example of one sales order.

In some cases, there is also a value for discount in column N.

I have a discount item set up.

Do I need to add an extra row?
