We create several invoices without sales orders and created using SDK [software development kit] push to NS using web services. These invoices are not included in the standard Authorized Commission Report and I can't locate the reason. Invoice does not have "Exclude Commission" checked and sales person is checked for Commission Eligible. The items are non-inventory and have no cost. I do not see a field on the item which would cause the item/invoice to be excluded. Commission is paid when invoice is paid and Commission Type is Transaction line profitability scaled. What am
