Timeclock Adi Insights not saving time punches

We have implemented the new timeclock by Adi Insights and ran into a few snags. The most recent have been issues of saving the punch in or punch out entries. The employees punched out for the day on friday and didnt see any issues when doing so, but the system did not save them. Since it did not save any of them the system auto punched them out after 24 hrs.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how was it resolved?
