How to exclude on hand quantity from specific bin on Item Saved Search

We have tried to modify an existing Item Saved Search report to exclude on hand quantities in the QC Bin from total On Hand shown on report

We have tried multiple filters set to "is none of QC bin" by selecting fields such as Bin Number, joined fields such as Bin On Hand: Bin Number; Inventory Detail: Bin Number ; Inventory Number/Bin on Hand: Bin Number. None of these modifications has returned expected result to exclude QC Bin quantity on hand
