Is there a search I can run to find all workflow interactions with a particular user?

I have a senior leaving the company and their name is in a lot of my workflows for approvals, emails and other interactions.

Is there a way to find all mentions of their name in my workflows? Or perhaps even a script to replace their name with another.

That would be very helpful. Thanks!
