SuiteTalk Rest - Add Vendor Bill Related Record and User Note

Hi,

Does anyone know how to add these 2 things through NetSuite SuiteTalk Rest API:

1. On a Vendor Bill, add a purchase order, as a related record (as seen in the image below) using NetSuite SuiteTalk.

2. On a Vendor Bill, how to add a User Note (as seen in the image below) using NetSuite SuiteTalk
