Reports in Reminders on Dashboard show zero results, but have results.
We have some reports that are in the reminders tool on the dashboard that are showing zero results. I do realize that sometimes this is due to the report having a filter that defaults a certain way causing the results to be zero, but other reports are still showing zero, even if the report has results if you open it.
I can see that some reports have a summary page when first opened. Could that be why they are showing zero results? I also have it set to show on reminders even if results are zero.
Is there a way to resolve this?
