Workflow: Trigger Action when Vendor Changes
Hello—
We are trying to create a workflow such that when a user selects a particular Vendor (out of a group) when creating or editing a PO, a previously hidden Purchased From field becomes visible. However, the condition never seems to trigger.
Here is our workflow trigger definition:
- After a user edits the Vendor field
- If the chosen vendor is a particular vendor
- Display the Purchased From field
The workflow event definition itself does not seem to be errant:
Is there something we're missing, or need to take into consideration when using the Vendor field as the triggering client field?
