Combine Values of Fields

We created 2 custom fields in our Opportunity record. We want to combine the values of these fields and display it in a standard field which is the Title of the Opportunity.

We tried creating a Workflow and use this formula ({custxxx})||' '||({custyyy}) but it only source the first custom field and not the second one.
