Difference between Balance and Balance (Base) in vendor record in NetSuite

Hi,

My Company Base Currency is USD and there is vendor record based currency is USD. in the vendor record there is a discussed between Balance and Balance (Base)

so there shouldn't be any currency revaluation. what could be the reason for this difference in NetSuite
