how do i add more detail to vendor bill attached when sending emails for advanced approvals?

We are sending vendor bills to non full licensed users to approve/reject via email. How can I show more detail on the attached bill when sending for approval? Currently the attached bill just shows item and rate. We would like to show custom project code and more descriptions
