WMS users - How to view productivity from Warehouse Associates?

For those who has Netsuite WMS and is managing a Warehouse team, how do you keep track of Warehouse Associate Picking, Packing, and Put Away times?

I've asked NS support and pointed to do a global search of "WMS Open Task" and "WMS Closed Task". I do see activity, but the results are over 500k lines of data and I can't sort by date to reduce the search. Also the Begin and end time is within a minute and I'm looking for something more accurate to the seconds. Is this something that can be done native in Netsuite or do I need to hire a 3rd party to build something out?
