Balance Sheet result changed after Subsidiary become Inactive

Hi All

Suite Answer 38560 mentioned inactivating Subsidiary will not affect posted results but the Consolidated Balance Sheet figures on other capital reserve, foreign currency reserves and cumulative translation reserves are wrong after our client ticked inactive subsidiary for SND Japan, Thailand and Malaysia.

Please advise is there any step to be done to resolve this error or do we need to submit an official Support Case for further study?
