Netsuite very slow right now

It's 10:45am and NS has been running very, very slow for 15-30min. Almost unusable. Downdetector.com is reporting this as well. What is the best way to report this to NS, other than posting here, and get it fixed? The NS status page reports nothing but green checkmarks.
