Set Up Full Year - All Account Periods Open

Hi,

We set up a full year accounting period for our next fiscal year. By default, there should only 1 accounting period open based on the set up that we have under accounting preferences. However, after set up, all periods are open and no padlock icon. Please see screenshot below:
