Generate Item Supply Plan - Failure - invalid reference key nnnn for subsidiary x

We're unable to complete the Generate Item Supply Plan run. This error just started for one specific item:

invalid reference key nnnn for subsidiary x

All components look fine. Any thoughts on troubleshoot are appreciated. This is no longer supported by Netsuite.
