The error on creating po via script

We got the following error, and the cause seems to be that the vendor's email is blank.


name: "USER_ERROR",
message: "Please specify an email address to send to",

Hopefully, we don't want to have this error even when the vendor doesn't have an e-mail address.

I guess this comes from the preference of the NS.

How could we avoid this error?
