SCM / WMS photo file attachment failing

Hi all,

Our goods in team take photos of delivery notes and attach them via SCM/WMS using the "new" photo feature when posting the Item Receipt. About 50% of the attachments fail to attach to the IR. Going by the "Mobile - App Attachment" records, it looks like they fail because ".0" is seemingly randomly added to the file ID. Our operatives have dedicated handheld devices and it does not affect any operative consistently.

Is this a known issue with a fix, or does anyone have ideas for what may be wrong?
