Landed Cost Template not added when using Planned Workbench Purchase Orders

When creating a purchase order manually, the landed cost template appears at the item line level. However, in the Supply Planning Workbench, when a purchase order is generated, the landed cost template is not added to the item.

Is there a configuration setting that would allow the landed cost template to be automatically populated, similar to when creating a manual purchase order?
