Workflow Transition On

Hi

i have a workflow which is required to transition between states automatically (without any action from the user).

There is supposed to be a delay between transitions however.

The set up is as follows

I assume that means that the workflow should move from State 1 (Day 7 Reminder Email) to State 2 (Day 12: Phone call task) 1 hour after exiting state 1?
