I'm trying to submit a support case and the form just sits there spinning after I click the submit button. Eventually I get the classic NetSuite "An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again." Clicking the link to view our existing cases produces the same results.

Can someone look into this please? I'd normally contact support but …
