Extracting Netsuite Settings via API

Hi,
I want to extract Netsuite setting via API (could be SuiteQL, Rest, SOAP or Suitelet).

I need to access these 3 settings, which can be easily accessed throught the UI:
1. General Preferences - Which I managed to access via Suitelet, but not through the other API.
2. SOAP Web Services Preferences - Haven't found a way via API.
3. Email Preferences - Haven't found a way via API.
