Why is the saved search formula evaluating incorrectly?

HI There

I have a search on the 'Project' record.

The search columns are:

The column 'Transaction: Posting' (6th column in the above screenshot) is returning a result of 'Yes' per the screenshot below for certain results.

However, the formula (CASE WHEN {transaction.posting} LIKE 'Yes' then 'YES' else 'NO' END) is returning 'NO' for every result.

What is incorrect with my formula?
