OCR Scanning on AP Invoice Tax Code

Hi All

Our client encounter some issues with our OCR recognizing the tax code, please help advise if there is anything to check on tax codes are set up or this is system defect?

They can capture the tax amount in the OCR scanning station however, tax codes are set within your NetSuite based on item/account/vendor or other things. Please, contact your NetSuite Administrator or your ERP partner for help with setting up tax codes.
