Table custom field?

Hi Everyone,

I have a request to create a table inside of the item fulfillment record for operations to input pallet information. Ideally, this table would only display on the PDF and the record as you feed it information. Any way to do this?

This is what it would look like, it's currently being done in excel. This can be up to 20, 30 pallets but obviously, if the shipment is like the one above we would only want to display the 5 pallets.
