We are encountering this error when running Planning workbench

An exception occurred during the Material Requirements Planing process: Error saving planning data to PlanningBomComponent: ORA-00001: unique constraint (NLCOMPANY.PLANNINGBOMCOMPONENT_PK) violated

Any idea what is causing the issue, please?
