Electronic Bank Payment - PFA Stuck in Queue
Hi,
A PFA included additional transaction that is not supposed to be.
User needs to reverse the payment for that line.
However, once the reverse payment is completed, the file is stuck in Queue and the line is still showing in the file.
How to remove the unwanted bill payment from the PFA? Once that is remove, we want to reprocess the file.
