MRP > Workday Calendar

We are currently setting up MRP, but found that the Planning Workbench is suggesting ship dates and production dates in PO and WO during the weekends. Further search, I found that 2024.2 supply planning enhancements, this should already be addressed as there would be workday calendars even for PO.

Now, I am trying to set-up work calendar but seems like the option is not available for us. Are there features that I need to enable? Also, we are not using routing, so there is no work centers.

Any ideas what I am missing, how can I make sure that suggestions from workbench will exclude weekends?
