Support Case - Email Case Capture Defaulting to Incorrect Customer
We are experiencing an issue with our Email Case Capture system. When an email is received from an address that is not registered to any account or customer, the case is defaulting to the same customer each time.
Could you please advise how we can change this behavior and ensure that unregistered emails do not automatically default to this specific customer?
