Whitelist NetSuite to allow connecting to SFTP server
Hi,
My company is currently busy implementing NetSuite. Part of the implementation is to set up a sftp transfer between NetSuite and my companies SFTP. Given the nature of the company, we need to whitelist nstsuite to allow connecting to our SFTP. However, given the fact Netsuite has Dynamic IPs, I read in the documentation that we need to use NetSuite's FQDN. Currently I tried system.netsuite.com and [company-id].netsuite.com. However, still i have no luck in connecting.
How am I able to determine what FQDN I need to whitelist?
Your help is much appreciated.
Thanks
