Sorting a custom sales order report

Hello,

I am new to NS and have a open sales order report question. I go to Open Sales Order page, customize, sorting. I want to sort by document number desc (SO110, SO109,SO108 …) Searching for "document number" brings up about 15 document numbers

Ex. Expense Account document number, Income account document number, Original invoice document number …

I want to add Open Sales Order > document number to sorting but it is not shown in the search results. How can I add and sort desc. Open Sales Order > document number? It does not actually sort desc when I add any document number that is returned by search.
