Enhancement Requests On Suite Ideas Page Voting Numbers

How many votes are needed for NetSuite to actually do something about some of the Enhancement Requests that are out there? I was just on the Suite Ideas page and saw one enhancement with 2,293 votes that has been open since 2012. It really makes a person question this process.
