Setting up Captcha on Customer Account

We are having an issue with bots creating customer accounts on our website and I saw a WARNING about this on the Detect Duplicate Customer Email article in help, but I couldn't find any information on how to add Captcha to our Customer Account form on our website.

Does anyone know how to add Captcha or Recaptcha to that part of our website?
