NetSuite WMS Mobile minimum value doesn't work well

Problem is like this:

Customized WMS mobile page, I set minimum value for quantity to '1', means this value should be greater than or equal to 1.

It did work well on my laptop, but the validation failed(no warning/error message even user type in value lessen 1) in Android phone/PDA.
