Locked out by 2FA - New Iphone lost my Oracle Authenticator Connection

I updated my Iphone and the Oracle 2FA app doesn’t have my Netsuite connection anymore.  I just tried to login and I can’t get thru the 2FA to even setup 2FA again on my new cell??
