The Calculate button for certain currencies exists but not others

Hi,

I noticed the presence of the Calculate button for certain currencies exist but not on others. Is there a setting?

Also, why the currency exchange rate on the Currency Exchange Rates page for a certain currency as of the same date does not match with the two other subsidiaries that have the same currency on Consolidated Exchange Rates page?
