Add logo to signature line SAID 8902

I am tyring to add a logo to users signature line in set preferences. I am following SAID 8902 but My image lings from the file cabinet do not look like the links the article. I did tick the box available without login.

when the email is received in my inbox. I am not able to see the logo. just the white box. Any thoughts on this?
