Saved Search Export Does Not Match the Results (Different Transaction Type Entirely)
What would cause the results of a saved search export to be COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the results of the search itself that you see onscreen?
I want to export this list of Sales Orders, but when I export the results (whether CSV, Excel, or PDF), the results are for Item Fulfillments. It's as if the system is exporting the data from an entirely different search. See below:
Furthermore, if I switch the view to something else, then the system suddenly switches over to Item Fulfillments (as the exported filename suggests) instead of Sales Orders:
What would cause this to happen? Is this a bug? Is it related to browser cookies or cache? How can we fix it? It's affecting multiple people, though it seems to be related to this search and a similar one entitled
