System Performance Issue of Oracle NetSuite

Good day! this question is on behalf of an oracle academy faculty member using NetSuite demo account.

"Students could complete most the scheduled tasks smoothly last Friday, the system performed quickly for creating new accounting periods, new currency, and new GL account. However, we (students and I) needed to take about 8-10 seconds to save a journal entry and wait for the confirmation. When I was doing a trial individually, the system just took about 2-3 seconds to save and confirm the entry." Is this a system performance issue? If yes, can you share the solution(s) so i can share to the member faculty too. thank you!
