Crypto Currencies Setup

Hi guys!

We have been approached by a client that its a Crypto payment platform.

We are trying to create accounts in crypto currencies and confirm that we will be able to have exchange rates up to 18 decimal places within NetSuite but their is not enough information in the available resources.

Is there any community member familiar with the setup of this kind of customers? How's best to approach Crypto transactions in Netsuite?

Any insights will be much appreciated.
