OSS Nexus country outside of EU

Hello,

We are using Legacy tax and One Stop Shop feature. One of our subsidiaries is based in Switzerland and are registered for OSS Tax in Germany. Trying to configure the OSS tax for the subsidiary by checking the "OSS Applies"-box on the subsidiary record. I'm required to select an OSS Nexus, but no nexus appears in the drop list. I've also tried to add the german nexus on the nexus subtab on the subsidiary record, saved and edit. But still no nexus appears in the drop down list.

How can I configure an entity outside of EU for OSS in NetSuite?
