Case > Please enter an email address if you want to email the reply.
We want to utilize the Case Management for internal use. As such, we remove the Email field on the Case form so it will not send email to Customers.
However, upon saving the Case record, we are encountering the error: Please enter an email address if you want to email the reply.
How can we override this? Thank you.
