Hi,

I need to create a Holding company and a Target company, and I was exploring options for managing this in one world account. As part of the discussion, I was debating on 2 designs and also came across the concept "GL-only Subsidiary." Does anyone have any thoughts on this "GL Only Subsidiary"? Pros and cons of initial Design and Final Design or Should I explore more on GL only subsidiary.
